Your new role:

As Digital Bindery Operator Level II , you will be operating Digital Bindery equipment and

Digital Presses as needed to meet production needs. This includes set ups, adjusting, and maintaining the digital bindery equipment to ensure that it functions properly, producing the desired results. You will follow processes, and job tickets to ensure quality and efficiency.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of all print production processes and capabilities (print, prepress, bindery, mail, fulfillment, delivery)
  • 3+ years experience operating Bindery equipment
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge handling print-ready files
  • Ability to interact with internal and external personnel
  • Folder operating experience and operating perf units are the skills we need to complete our team.
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • During peak times, the ability to work overtime including weekends
  • Knowledge of Variable data and the effects on the printing process
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot when bindery line is not running efficiently.
