Your new role:

As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our company mission, while establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers. You will be the main point of contact and will be responsible for all aspects of existing and new customer growth. You will also:

  • Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies for new customers and strive to meet and exceed sales volume goals
  • Build sales by prospecting for new customers
  • Client development from both cold and existing leads and prospective customers
  • Generate additional revenue by nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Liaison between the organization and customers and prospective customers
  • Maintain lead, account, contact and opportunity records in Salesforce.com
  • Maintain and update forecast on a regular basis in Salesforce.com
  • Utilize Outlook for all organization email communication
  • Utilize Pace to facilitate estimates/quote letters and review project/program billing
  • Communicate effectively with customers as well as internal team members. Act as an advocate for the customer to internal team members and communicate as a professional at all times.
  • Keeps abreast of the organization’s offline AND online products, services, platforms, and solutions
  • Keeps abreast of industry and affiliated industry trends, products, production methods and services by attending industry-specific training, conferences and trade shows
  • Conduct market research on competitors, including product/service pricing and sales techniques
  • Routinely make sales presentations to prospective clients, preparing estimates and Work Orders/Statements of Work as necessary
  • Execute Quarterly Business Reviews with existing customers to ensure the organization AND its capabilities are staying top of mind to help increase customer revenue share
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting and projections to Chief Revenue Officer when requested

  • Must be computer literate and up to date on new technology
  • Positive and upbeat attitude with an exceptional in person and phone presence

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant 5 year Industry experience preferred
  • Experience in printing, mailing, or graphic arts industries preferred
