Your new role:

As the Flexographic Press Operator, you will make ready, run, and have the overall responsibility of the printed work and plates that comes off the press and plate maker. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues.

  • Help troubleshoot print and job planning issues as needed
  • Navigate and use the controls of a printing and plating device
  • Train and work in tandem with Level I operators to produce work
  • Report time and materials consumption accurately
  • Preform daily press startup and shutdown maintenance

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years Flexographic Press experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Mechanic aptitude and very detail oriented and motivated
