Your new role:

As Full-Service Digital Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining toner-based Ricoh Digital Press Machines, hydraulic cutter, Folders, and other small bindery equipment. You will interact with varying levels of internal personnel verbally, electronically, and in written form.

A day in the life of Full-Service Digital Operator:

  • Ensure all production scheduling objectives are being met
  • Start and safely maintain digital print equipment
  • Read and understand job related production requirement communicated through a job production ticket
  • Utilize internal inventory systems, supply inventory codes to products
  • Daily inventory counts and monthly cycle counts

What you need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with RICOH toner-based devices
  • Experience in small bindery equipment (cutter, Duplo, small folding machines, punch & binding systems)
  • Print/copy shop or associate knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work with software, computers, digital press, and small bindery equipment
  • Available to work overtime when needed
