Your new role as:

As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment, facilities, and plants are being maintained properly so operators can produce products on time, staff can come into a facility that is a safe and properly maintained by communicating with Operators, Leads, Supervisors, Area Managers, and all staff.

  • Develop a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Fabrication of machine parts and guards
  • Recognize and correct potential equipment failure and unsafe conditions
  • Communication with Supervisor, Area Manager and Plant Manager
  • Assist operators in training on equipment as needed
  • Create efficiencies by streamlining production lines
  • Save costs with a “do it ourselves concept”

What you need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma and related field or equivalent years of job experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Tech in a Manufacturing environment
  • Available to work overtime when needed and be on call after hours
  • Ability to manage multiple tight timelines concurrently
  • High degree of mechanical, electrical and fabrication experience
